Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yeevu LLC, operating under the YeevuFix brand (“Yeevu”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information when you visit yeevufix.com (the “Site”), contact us, or engage us to work on your email, DNS, hosting or website. Yeevu LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Yeevu LLC is the data controller for the information described in sections 1 and 2.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form on the Site, take the diagnosis quiz, book a call, email us or place an engagement, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, website or domain, a description of the issue, and — for engagements — billing details and the access details needed to do the work.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring pages, through cookies and analytics as described in section 4.
Information inside your systems. In the course of an engagement we may see or handle data held in your systems — mailbox contents, contact lists, DNS zones, website content and user records. We handle that data on your instructions and only to the extent the work requires (see section 3).
2. How we use information
- to respond to inquiries, diagnose problems and prepare quotes;
- to deliver, document and support engagements, including sending reports and change logs;
- to invoice and collect payment, and keep the records the law requires;
- to operate, secure and improve the Site;
- to send service-related messages, and — only where you have agreed or where the law allows — occasional updates about our services, which you can opt out of at any time;
- to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the laws of your country require a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Data inside your systems
Where the work requires access to data inside your systems, we act on your documented instructions, access only what the work requires, do not copy data out of your systems except as needed to diagnose or document the work, and do not use it for any other purpose. Credentials are held only in an encrypted password manager and are not retained after the engagement ends. Our operational commitments are set out on the Trust & Security page and in our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and for analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used; it sets cookies and collects usage data in accordance with Google’s own privacy terms. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the business and deliver our work, in these categories: hosting and cloud infrastructure providers; domain registrars and DNS providers; email infrastructure and deliverability tooling; scheduling, ticketing, analytics and password-management tools; and payment processors or marketplaces through which an engagement is placed;
- with our infrastructure procurement partner: Yeevu LLC works in partnership with TK WebHosts to procure certain products and infrastructure services (such as domains, hosting and email platforms) used in delivering YeevuFix engagements. Your contract, payment, data responsibility and liability remain with Yeevu LLC throughout;
- with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires;
- as part of a business transfer, in which case this Policy continues to apply.
Providers act on our instructions and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from a country that restricts such transfers, we rely on the safeguards that country recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
| Category | Retention |
|---|---|
| Site inquiries and quiz responses | Up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. |
| Engagement records (scope, correspondence, deliverables, change logs) | For the life of the client relationship and as long afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to defend claims. |
| Working data from an engagement (exports, screenshots, diagnostic output) | No more than 90 days after close, then deleted, unless you ask us in writing to keep it. |
| Credentials granted for an engagement | Not retained after the engagement ends. |
| Analytics data | In accordance with our Google Analytics data-retention settings. |
8. Security
We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including multi-factor authentication on all internal accounts, disk encryption on the devices we work from, encrypted password management for credentials, least-privilege access to client systems and separation of client work per engagement. If a security incident affects your data, we notify you within 24 hours of becoming aware of it and cooperate with you in responding. Our security practices are described in more detail on the Trust & Security page.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. You can exercise these rights by emailing tom@yeevufix.com. We respond within the time the applicable law requires and, in any case, within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the “Last updated” date revised. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be notified to you directly.
